What a delicious brunch! Here is a description of your Spanish brunch:

• Organic orange juice: Fresh and natural, to start the day off right.
• Andalusian Mollete with Pata Negra, tomato and olive oil: This is a soft bread typical of Andalusia. It is topped with black potatoes (or sauteed potatoes). Fresh tomatoes and a good olive oil are added for an explosion of flavors.

In March’25 let’s discover a main dish from Seville: “espinacas con garbanzos” (spinach with chickpeas). This dish is often found on local menus, especially during Lent. So let’s carry on our selected menu!The

• Garbanzos con espinacas: Chickpeas cooked slowly with fresh spinach, often flavored with garlic, cumin, and sometimes paprika. The dish can be enriched with pieces of fried bread or a hard-boiled egg for an extra touch of flavor. It is both nourishing and comforting, with flavors that blend perfectly.

• Chorizo ​​or cod croquetas: These small fried bites are always a hit! Choose between the spicy and tasty chorizo ​​version or the delicately flavored cod version.
• Churros: Sweet, fried, and covered in sugar, often served with hot chocolate for dipping.
